Anastasia joined B1 Group`s Moscow office in 2012

She has extensive experience in M&A and joint venture transactions, including:   

• Conducting legal due diligence 
• Drafting transaction documents (sale and purchase agreements, letters of intent, disclosure letters, corporate agreements, option agreements, security agreements, etc.)
• Representing clients in negotiations
• Providing support in obtaining permits and approvals from government authorities

Her project experience extends to corporate restructuring, including re-domiciliation of foreign companies into the Russian Federation and intragroup debt restructuring

Anastasia advises on various corporate and currency control matters, including in the context of measures aimed at ensuring the financial stability of the Russian Federation

Anastasia assists in structuring asset ownership for individuals using various legal mechanisms, in asset succession planning, and in family law matters

She is a frequent speaker at events on currency law and corporate structuring
