The B1 Ethics Hotline allows B1 employees and any third parties, including clients and contractors, to report potential or actual violations in the following areas:
- B1 Corporate Code of Conduct
- Labor law
- Fraud and bribery
- Unauthorized use of insider information
- Anti-corruption law
- AML/CFT/OFAC regulations
- Ethics, discrimination and harassment
- Personal data privacy
- Independence principles and the auditor’s code
- Substandard work quality
- Other instances of conduct that may be unethical, illegal or in violation of professional standards
The hotline may be used for whistleblowing and whistleblowers. You can submit reports either openly or anonymously, depending on your preference.
Before reaching out to the hotline, consider if you can directly discuss any questions about professional ethics with someone within B1.
