Women Entrepreneurs and Leaders

The Women Entrepreneurs and Leaders Program aims to support women-led businesses and open up advanced career opportunities for women. The Program includes an annual competition and a series of learning projects and has been running in Russia since 2013.

The competition is intended to encourage entrepreneurship among women and ensure equal opportunities for professional development and career growth, thus promoting the economic development and prosperity of society as a whole. It provides a unique opportunity for women leaders to keep abreast of change, raise awareness of their brand and make meaningful connections, thus driving and inspiring their business and career growth. The winners are chosen by an independent professional jury of prominent members of the business community and academia.

The learning projects run by the Women Entrepreneurs and Leaders Program are designed to help participants build their professional skill set, receive expert advice and learn more about the tools and resources available to enhance their leadership capabilities and make their business more efficient. The events are regular, and you can stay on the Program for as long as you feel it right for your business.
