B1 Group established its Moscow office in 1989 and now operates 12 offices across Russia and Belarus with a team of 4,000 professionals. We provide a full range of one-stop services including audit, valuation, M&A, strategic consulting, accounting outsourcing, tax, legal, and HR / labor advisory. These services support our clients in continuing, downsizing, exiting, or restarting their business operations in Russia.

To meet the specific needs of Japanese clients, we launched our Japan Desk in 2002. Today, the team consists of two Japanese professionals and one Russian professional fluent in Japanese, enabling us to deliver tailored services and dedicated support to Japanese companies.

Since its establishment in 2002, B1’s Japan Desk has long supported Japanese companies in Russia and actively contributes to the Japanese business community in Russia, including through the Moscow Japan Club.

In supporting Japanese companies operating in Russia, we focus on three key areas:
