B1 Group’s awards

B1 leads the RAEX ranking of the largest valuation firms. Based on the year-end 2023 results, B1 Group scooped the first spot in the following three categories: Largest Valuation Firms and Largest Valuation Groups. Participants are ranked by a number of criteria, such as scale of business, qualifications and business reputation.

B1 Group tops the RAEX 2024 list of Russia’s biggest audit and consulting firms. In 2023, B1 Group ranked first in the following categories:

• Russia’s Top Consulting Groups and Firms (B1)
• Consulting Groups and Firms: Tax Consulting (B1)
• Consulting Groups and Firms: Valuation Services (B1)
• Top Audit Groups (B1)
• Highest-Earning Audit Groups by Audit Revenue (B1)
• Ranking of Audit Firms and Groups by Revenue from Tax Consulting (B1)
• Ranking of Audit Firms and Groups by Revenue from Valuation Services (B1)
• Highest-Earning Audit Firms by Audit Revenue (TSATR – Audit Services)
• Highest-Earning Audit Firms by Revenue from Statutory Audits (TSATR – Audit Services)

B1 Group also holds leading positions in legal and IT consulting, specifically, in the Development and System Integration category, and in the ranking of audit firms and groups by revenue from legal and IT consulting services. TSATR – Audit Services is listed among Russia’s biggest audit firms. 

B1 Group in Kommersant’s rankings. B1 Group’s Tax, Law and Business Support team has secured top positions in the Kommersant 2024 Legal Services Market Leaders rankings. We have received recognition in the following categories: Best Legal Practices, national ranking (7 awards); Best Industry Practices, national ranking (5 awards); and Best Lawyers, national ranking (12 awards).

B1 Group received the Best M&A Investment Adviser award from the Mergers.ru data portal. B1 was named the best investment adviser in 2023 both overall and for the number of M&A transactions closed in the Russian market during the year.

B1 leads the ranking of audit groups. B1 Group won RAEX’s 28th Annual Ranking of Russia’s Biggest Audit Groups, based on our year-end 2022 results. 

We are No. 1 among the highest-earning audit firms by aggregate audit revenue and revenue from statutory audit.

We also earned the top spot in the ranking of the leading audit groups and firms by revenue in the following four service segments: 

• Tax Consulting
• Valuation
• Legal Consulting
• IT Consulting

B1 Group has topped the 2023 ranking of Russia’s biggest consulting firms. In its ranking published in Rossiyskaya Gazeta and on the Rating Review website, the Russian rating agency RAEX (Expert RA) assessed the professional achievements of the biggest domestic consulting firms based on a number of criteria, including aggregate income, client count, project count and service excellence.
