Yuriy joined the firm’s Moscow office in 2008 and has been a director since 2019

He advises major Russian and global clients in the non-financial sector as well as financial institutions (corporate and investment banks, insurance companies, investment bank groups and investments funds) on transfer pricing in financial transactions

Yuriy leads transfer pricing engagements involving:

• Preparing global and national transfer pricing documentation
• Preparing country-by-country reports and notifications of membership in a Multinational Entity (MNE) group   
• Developing transfer pricing methodologies for clients in the financial services sector and for non-financial institutions carrying out financial transactions and treasury operations
• Concluding advanced pricing agreements with the Federal Tax Service of Russia and defending the interests of clients charged additional taxes as a result of transfer pricing audits
