Consent to the processing of personal data for subscription

The individual completing the contact form, acting of his/her own free will and in his/her own interest, has decided to provide personal data to B1 – Consult Limited Liability Company (hereinafter, the “Operator”), located at the address: Sadovnicheskaya Naberezhnaya, 77, bld. 1, Moscow 115035, and gives his / her specific, substantive, informed, intentional and unequivocal consent to personal data processing on the following terms:
 

1. Consent is given for personal data processing both with and without automated means.
    

2. Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data: 

   2.1. Personal data that is not special or biometric: last name, first name, patronymic, place of work and position, email address and telephone number indicated by the personal data subject when subscribing to newsletters via the website.
    

3. Purpose of personal data processing: mailing of newsletters and informational materials.
    
4. Personal data processing involves carrying out the following processing operations: collection, recording, systematizing, accumulation, storage, modification (updating, revision), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction.
    
5. In the course of organizing subscription, the Operator may also transfer information about subscribers, including their personal data, to other legal entities within B1 Group listed in the Personal Data Processing Policy available at: https://b1.ru/en/personal-data-processing-policy/, if it is necessary for subscription organization. 
    
6. Subscription organization may involve cross-border transfer of personal data to countries that do not provide an adequate level of protection of personal data subject rights to the extent permitted by and subject to the laws of the Russian Federation.
    
7. Personal data is processed during the event and for 3 years thereafter.
    
8. The personal data subject or his/her representative may withdraw consent by sending written notification to the Operator or its representative at the address indicated above in this Consent.
    
9. Notification may be sent to the Operator in any format, but must include the following: information on the sender (last name, first name and patronymic, if any), contact information (email address or mailing address) and a list of personal data whose processing is to be ceased. 
    
10. If the personal data subject or his/her representative withdraws consent for personal data processing, the Operator may continue to process such personal data without such subject’s consent on the grounds stipulated in Article 6, part 1, clauses 2-11, of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006.
     
11. This Consent shall be valid from the time of its submission until processing is ceased as indicated in clauses 7 and 8 hereof.
     

12. By sending a completed form to the Operator via the website, the personal data subject confirms that:

    12.1. He/she has decided to provide personal data acting of his/her own free will and in his/her own interest and gives the Operator his/her specific, substantive, informed, deliberate and unambiguous consent to perform the actions specified in the Consent.

    12.2. Personal data provided by the personal data subject to the Operator is accurate, complete and up-to-date as of the date of its provision.

    12.3. The Consent is independent of and does not supersede any other (or similar) consents to personal data processing that the personal data subject may have previously given or will give to the Operator.

    12.4. The Operator may process personal data pursuant to one or several consents given by the personal data subject.
