B1, originally known as the Ernst & Whinney accounting firm, opened its inaugural office in Moscow in 1989. Nestled just a 30-minute stroll away from our headquarters on Sadovnicheskaya Embankment, the modest beginnings unfolded with a single room in a building owned by a now-vanished bank. Today, B1’s Moscow offices are spread across three locations: Avrora and Paveletskaya Plaza Business Centers, both conveniently close to the Moskva River and Paveletskaya metro station, and a third one in Greenwood Business Park.
Comfortable workspaces and relaxation zones, along with city views from the meeting rooms, set the perfect tone. The building along the waterfront features a terrace—an open rooftop area, ideal for hosting corporate events or finding a quiet spot for important conversations. Furthermore, the office has a dedicated system for separate waste collection, including both regular refuse and used batteries. Additionally, there is an opportunity to donate unwanted items to charity.

Getting there by car
To find your way to the Avrora Business Center, drive in from Sadovnicheskaya Embankment. Take the first right just past Cafe Mechta, then swing another right through the gate with a barrier. Following that, take a left turn and cruise through the second barrier. Once inside the courtyard, a parking attendant will steer you towards a guest parking space. Access the building via the inner courtyard, using the second (central) entrance: press the call button, step into the lobby and proceed to reception to get your guest pass.
Getting there on foot
The easiest route to our office is from Paveletskaya metro station (Circle Line), taking the exit towards the Five Stars cinema and Bakhrushina Street. Walk along the Garden Ring against the traffic flow until you reach the Pilzner restaurant. After crossing the bridge behind the restaurant, you'll see our main building. Continue a short distance along Sadovnicheskaya Embankment to the second entrance, which serves as the main access point.
