With over 10 years of professional experience, including hands-on role in the oil and gas industry at upstream enterprises and oilfield services (OFS) companies, Agabek has contributed to some of Russia’s largest projects, including Sakhalin-1 and the Power of Siberia 1/2. Starting as a drilling crew assistant, he progressed to IPM project manager, leading well construction projects in Russia and internationally

Since 2019, he has been advising oil and gas producers and OFS firms on:
