• Being in charge of launching new soybean seed varieties (from R&D and registration procedures to launching production and sales)
• Supervising the launch of a large regional vegetable company
• Being responsible for the assessment of management models in major agricultural holdings
• Leading a project to analyze the efficiency and fraud resilience of agricultural crop production processes
• Conducting an independent analysis of the strategy of direct investments in crop production
• Leading an agricultural due diligence (analyzing available equipment and accessories for tractors, infrastructure, production technologies, etc.) of a major agricultural holding during M&A
• Leading a project to develop the concept of the national agricultural track & trace system
• Participating in the development and implementation of the integrated business planning (IBP) system for a meat processing plant
• Leading the development of export strategies for agricultural products and foodstuffs
