She has contributed to projects involving the taxation of sales of goods, work and services, particularly within intragroup transactions

Anna has led initiatives on tax withholding, claiming relief under double tax treaties and applying the beneficial owner concept

She has participated in consulting projects focusing on the tax implications of intragroup services within multinational corporations

Anna represents clients in administrative appeals against decisions (actions/inaction) of the tax authorities and in judicial proceedings

Drawing on her extensive experience, Anna has provided comprehensive support to companies in the consumer products, pharmaceutical, heavy industry and financial services sectors during on-site tax audits

She represents clients in interrogations, search and seizure procedures and other procedural actions

Furthermore, Anna has interacted effectively with the tax authorities on a wide range of issues, including providing explanations related to taxpayers’ business activities
