She also helps clients improve their Internal Audit (IA) function, from conducting an initial health check and assessing the current state to implementing cutting-edge digital solutions, such as data analytics and robotics

Elena assists in establishing a robust compliance framework that meets international quality standards, including ISO19600

Among her clients are major Russian companies in diverse industries, including state-owned entities and issuers listed on the Moscow Exchange and foreign stock exchanges

She has been a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors since 2003

In cooperation with the Institute of Internal Auditors, she initiated and founded the Internal Audit Club, a platform bringing together IA executives of state-owned companies

Elena is a member of the Expert Committee on the Interpretation of the Bank of Russia’s Code of Corporate Governance

She works closely with regulators to improve corporate governance practices and establish a sound regulatory framework for risk management and internal audit

Completed a post-graduate program at Moscow State University of Railway Engineering (MIIT)
