Ivan joined B1 Group’s Moscow office in 2010 as a partner. Prior to that, he was in charge of Oracle implementation in the food and beverage sector at another Big Four firm

He has been involved in enhancing and automating business processes for a number of companies as well as in projects to design process models, formulate recommendations on process optimization and prepare functional and technical requirements for the implementation of corporate information systems

Ivan has designed a target operating model for marketing and integrated planning processes and led a project to optimize warehouse and transport logistics and design a management KPI system for a major meat processor

He has also worked on a number of projects for one of the largest private companies investing in food production
