Sergey joined the Moscow office in 2012 and is a partner in the Performance Improvement Group for the retail sector

For much of his career, Sergey has worked with clients in the retail sector, including electronics and household appliances, sporting goods, food, construction materials, children’s goods, etc.

Sergey focuses on developing strategies, business and operating models and transformation plans, implementing a product-oriented approach to changes and launching new business lines from the ground up

As Retail Sector Leader, Sergey manages and is responsible for the success of all projects, including transformation of commercial functions and supply chains

Sergey also sits on the Academic Board of the Electronic Business and Digital Innovations Program at the Higher School of Economics
