SILA Union, a domestic digital business platform developer, has entered into a cooperation agreement with B1 Group, a leading provider of assurance, strategy, technology and business consulting services.

As part of the joint effort, B1 will handle the sales SILA Union’s business process modeling and digital transformation software.

With the SILA Union platform, corporate users can build integrated operating models and map out business processes to streamline, automate and standardize their operations. The platform also provides design flexibility across other business dimensions, such as IT architecture, organizational structure and strategy, enabling users to align them with their business processes, capture dependencies and quantify impacts. B1, in turn, will offer ad-hoc advice to customers and integrate the software into its current and future projects.

One of the many tasks SILA Union will undertake in collaboration with B1 is creating a digital twin of the organization to obtain a shared understanding of processes, terminology, activities and responsibilities.
