Before joining B1, Andrey led real estate management and project management teams at Fortune 500 companies, working both globally and across Eurasia

He developed strategies for managing capital projects, projects portfolio and investment program across all stages of the project’s lifecycle – from concept and engineering to design, construction and property management – while contributing to shaping and aligning these processes in Russia

Andrey has extensive hands-on experience in diverse markets, including Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, France, the UK, the US and the Middle East

He has delivered more than 70 projects of varying scale and scope, spanning industrial, industrial logistics, civil construction and other types of projects

Andrey’s key clients include companies across the mining and metals, petrochemicals, oil and gas, construction, energy and real estate development sectors, with projects covering industrial, non-industrial and linear infrastructure

He represents Russia in the International Organization for Standardization (ISO)

As an expert with TC 465 Construction since 2012, Andrey specializes in reviewing construction standards and regulations, such as construction codes (SP), standards - GOST and other regulatory documentation

He has also been an expert at the Qualifications Assessment Center since 2023, focusing on evaluating design and construction competencies

Andrey is an author and developer of international, interstate and national standards

His contributions have earned him several national and industry awards
