B1 Group named #1 in Best Company Award 2025 employer ranking

The Changellenge career project has announced the results of its 10th annual Best Company Award survey, which explores career preferences among students. 

For the ninth time in the ranking’s decade-long history, B1 Group has secured the top spot in its industry among the Big Four and other audit firms. B1 Group was also featured in the top 10 for Business Specialties and earned a place in the top 40 for IT Specialties and Technical Specialties. These categories were evaluated by students and graduates concentrating in computer science, IT, business informatics, natural and exact sciences, as well as those majoring in engineering or applied fields.

The survey, conducted online, engaged over 8,000 students and graduates from 40 leading universities across Russia.

The survey targeted high-potential young professionals and senior students with a GPA of 4.5 and above, who cited competitive pay, company stability and reliability, and work-life balance as the most important factors when choosing an employer.
